These services are not in relation to our private home care services and we can not provide these services to individuals who have not been pre-approved by the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services for these waivers. 

We can not assist in the approval process for these waivers. 

Services and information provided below are strictly for individuals currently on these waivers or Medicaid programs, families of individuals on these waivers or Medicaid Options, or case managers or options counselors.
